One of the most common repairs that we do is fence repair. This particular fence had a tree planted very close to it. The tree roots cracked the fence and could have eventually caused serious damage to the wall.
In this case ,The homeowner had the tree removed and called us in to repair that part of the wall. This was all that was needed to prevent further damage.
There are a lot of car accidents here in the valley. In this case Two vehicles were racing and crashed into the site wall and the monument sign of a big box home-improvement store in Phoenix.
They called us and asked us to make the repairs. This involved tearing out and replacing all of the damaged block, checking the structural integrity of the footing, bringing the reinforcing and Grout up to current standards, and apply a matching stucco and masonry paint.
Here are the photos of the repaired site wall and signage base before paint.
The finished product is just like new!
