New Commercial Project

We are about 3/4 through this project in Mesa Arizona. It is the new facility for Mow Power, A small equipment repair/rental company. We have also inserted a small video of the grout pumping process.

  1. Just a thought, many contractors are securing the ledger plates with Bondo or liquid nails. I’ve never done the bondo, but with liquid nails, you can’t grout the same day, also its important to make sure the vibrator stinger doesn’t touch the Nelson stud… Though way back in the day, we used to pop them in as we grouted (of which you probably did also) though many inspector’s don’t allow that anymore due to interior spalling and loss of grout integrity around the nelson stud… Sorry I get carried away… I’ve been exposed to many modalities and found about as many ways of execution as there are Foreman’s and contractors.

I’ve used a grout pump. I like the pump better than buckets
I will use buckets to get the wall poured if i have to have a wonderful and blessed day
